Leasing allows you flexibility to rotate your Artwork as you decide what pieces best enhance your environment whether it’s for Corporate, a Film Set, or your own personal space.

Design by Maureen also offers the Lease to Own Program where you can apply your rental costs to the purchase price.

As an Interior Decorator, Abstract Artist and a Color Specialist to your Walls, Maureen Tepedino, owner of Design by Maureen, will assist you with your selections to enhance your space and bring all of the elements together.

Lease fees are 5% of the retail price of the art per month.
If you decide to buy the Art, 60% of your total lease fee can be applied towards your purchase.
Our minimum lease period is 6 months which gives you the opportunity to live with the art and enjoy it before committing to a purchase.
Design by Maureen requires Insurance on all art leases.

Leasing for Film Production & Sales

All art is cleared at Design by Maureen.
For weeks 1 and 2, the art lease is 10% of the original price of the art.
For weeks 3 and 4, art lease is 5% of the original price of the art.
Insurance is required.
